I bought a box of Bradnails at your store in 2020 and wanted to change it for another size because it don't want to work correctly on my nailgun I'm 72 and I drove from Franschhoek to Wellington to change the Bradnails(BN) I could not find the correct size and request to buy something else with the R219.90 I've paid The gentleman said he can't help me because I didn't have the invoice with me "Our computor system can not do it" I said to him just go into your system into your stock / sales and get a trace or track no because you don't sell a lot of this products His reply was What do you know about our system I said Ok You don't know your stores system and the service you give to your clients is Bad This box of BN is going into our dirtbox and I will never visit your store again You should speak and teach your staff about service That is very important in every business For your staff member I give 2/10 or 1 star

I requested a quote from one of the consultants, an hour later I call to ask again because I haven't received it yet. I then send a message on their whatsapp line regarding the quote I requested a few minutes later I get a picture of the quote. To this hour I have not receive a quote via email, I am disappointed!
I love this place. They have everything you need and always have someone at hand with advice and assistance. Not always the cheapest, but very convenient. They have a good selection of brands and solutions to everything from paint, to curtain rods, lights, tools and garden needs.
