Absolutely no covid regulations are followed, apart from some spray at the door. Waiters walk around without masks on. Even after being asked, they only wear it around their chins. Definitely won't be back.

We bought a Hyperli voucher to try Scrooge. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the service was, the food was very tasty and served promptly. We were impressed at the value for money. The decor could use some sprucing up, but overall a great location and lovely view of the valley from the outside deck. There was a table across from us with some delicious looking cocktails, but we only had a few glasses of wine. Well Done Scrooge, we will be back.

Service slow and steak well done and cold when requested medium. Both of ours. After telling the waitress and eating the steak as is because we were hungry, the Manager did not even come to apologize.

It is not COVID19 friendly. The only sanitiser is the one at the door. The waitrons did not sanitise the table upon arrival. There was no sanitiser on the tables. The bathrooms are not clean and there is no sanitiser in the bathrooms. The waitrons walked around with their masks on their chin most of the time. They did not encourage social distancing because massive groups of people gathered amongst one another and no spacing between tables. The food and pricing was fine otherwise.

This place really degraded alot over the years. Non smoking sections is dodgy and still smells the smoke. Staff also smoke hubbly in the non smoking section. What is the use of having a non smoking section and staff smoking there.
