Irs is the best whasing machine place in Durban I order a part and it was here in less than 4 days and may whasing machine is as good as new

Did not repair the problem after paying R2 000. Took 3 months to do repair. No feedback to customer and I had to phone and send e-mails to get them to complete job. Now machine is worse than ever. LG must consider another service provider.

I’m not one for posting reviews, however, since my personal experience was exceptional I feel a certain responsibility to share this with the general public. I’ve visited IRS Tronics in Westmead (Pinetown, Durban) twice now and my interaction with the staff has been extremely positive on both occasions. It is clear that they have a Customer first ethos as they attend to you on a personal level. This is also evident whilst listening to the way they chat to and take care of their customers telephone queries (I listened-in to a number of calls whilst waiting for my washing machine parts and on a different occasion, my Convection Oven). I have nothing but praise for this Company and am honored to be able to write a positive report and state that I did receive the much needed ‘customer satisfaction’ which is so lacking in the Service Industry today. Technician promised to forward me a quote and reporton Saturday,it wasn't forthcoming.Thats too soon acceptable.I was phoned on Monday by one of the staff members requesting my email address to forward me the quote and report,iam still awaiting both. Regards Mr.K.Reddy.
Went there to enquire about a spare part for LG wash machine .Desk staff were friendly quick service.Should open another branch in Etekweni.Only one in Pinetown.
I did send in my LG BB5530A to IRS Tronics in Pinetown for repairs as the unit would not turn on. This was on the 3rd of June. Terrible service from IRS Tronics as I had to keep phoning to find out progress with unit. Eventually, 2 weeks later I was told that the units main board is the fault and that no spares were available as this unit has been discontinued. According to IRS Tronics, they were going to try to make unit work using parts from another second hand unit, but this unit had the same type of issue with main board. Eventually, after a month i requested IRS Tronics to close unit as it seems that this unit was never going to be repaired. This has put me R7000 rand out of pocket. When I purchased the sound bar I was was under the impression that I was buying a reputable brand and would have the backup and service of the LG brand. How wrong I was. Stay well clear from LG products if this is the type of service you receive from them.
