Im not happy with the service i got, after renewing my DL, I waited 2months for the card and then went to check if it was ready, when i get there im told to go re-do my ISS with no explanation why i had to do that. After doing it i get told i must come back after 5weeks. Like why didn’t anyone let me know sooner, now i have to wait 5weeks again. No explanation, no apology whatsoever.

Actually this Westonaria testing deserves a 0 rating. Their service is pathetic and they turn people who have waited for months to write their learners away because their computers are broken. I believe that its only people who refuse to pay extra as a bribe who get turned away.
It's been more than 8 weeks since applying for my new driver's license card and I have yet to receive a collection ready notification from them. I had to call now to query my driver's license collection status. They told me now they don't send notifications. No contact details and no hours on their Google page. I had to search for it.
