I was warmly welcomed and I felt recognized and appreciated as a customer. The person who was attending to me was very friendly and well organized. I sent my vehicle for service and they were agile in disseminating info relating to the vehicle service.

I'm really disappointed with your service. Travelled over a 100km, arrived early in the morning only for my car to be attended to late in the afternoon! Even then nothing was done. Two days before that arrived super early, it took litteraly the whole day for the car to be attended to and diagnosed. Also last year, November brought my car for a major service and quite honestly nothing much was done. Hence now a mere 2 months after the major service I'm having major problems with my vehicle. The amount I've spent travelling from Carolina to Nelspruit over these 2 days only to be kept waiting for nothing. The R800 charged to diagnose the car. I'm seriously disappointed and feel quite ripped off. Please treat clients equally and fairly; engage with customers; the same energy put into sales should be present in all your services.

Good service form the Kobie the sales man. Deal was smooth. Have issue with the vehicle that I bought and the workshop's bad service, together with misinformation and no feedback soured the whole experience. Was told so many lies. Not happy

I've taken you down to a one star because subsequent to the purchase of my vehicle and immediately informing the salesman that there was accident damage to the vehicle you guys have not stepped up. A condition of the sale was explicitly no accident damage. Not only that, Ford SA needed to rewire the vehicle. And then even after approaching the dealer principal, I still have no joy. I intend instituting legal action to cancel sale and get reimbursement. Do not trust these people. And don't purchase a Ford. These guys will spin you a yarn and take you for a ride.
