The modularity of the system (ie. adding on what you need as the business needs dictate) can be an advantage (eg. low cost base) and a disadvantage (eg. certain functions that you expect to find are not available without purchasing them, which can be expensive in the long run compared to competitor packages). There are certain other areas for improvement, eg. correcting an improperly entered transaction (eg. Invoice, payment allocation, credit note) is currently laborious as it involves reversing the transaction and separately re-raising it (as opposed to editing the transaction itself).

Amazing accounting system company that is user-friendly and have great customer service. From basic accounting packages to high end business packages that cover POS, ERP and Bill of Materials to mention a few. I would definitely suggest Omni Accounts for any South African business looking for an accounting package.

We have been using Omni accounts since 2008, and notibly they have been great improvements in the system. however there is still room for improvement especially with this issue Covid pandemic most comapnies now work from home. i believe omni can do more for us to be able to access omni were ever we are at any time & place

Omni's response to support questions is always to the point, very quick and leaves nothing unanswered. And if you don't know how to do something, they will do it remotely for you. Most help desks should go to Omni for lessons on how to do help properly
