I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. I hope you agree with me that it is not acceptable under any circumstances that the manageress, who stated that she manages both Ballito and Umhlanga, raised her voice to a customer over the phone. If you have a problem with one of your staff members, it has absolutely nothing to do with me. When I went into the shop after our telephone conversation you didn’t even great or apologize. You only asked for my credit card to refund me. I trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incident in the future. The consequence of your behaviour is that I will go and buy the lounge suit that I’ve been interested in somewhere else.
