So impressed with the fantastic personal service. Have been dealing with Wolf for years and his service only gets better. Always empathetic and puts his patients needs first. Thanks Wolf for everything you have helped me, especially during this trying time over the last six months.

Wolf fitted a brace in hospital after I had just had 2 major back surgeries within days of eachother. When he came in he advised that the brace cost around R1300 and i told him i was concerned that my MA savings might be used up and i had no bank card on me to settle there and then, he said he would get an invoice to me on monday and i can pay and he willingly left me with the fitted brace. Today my partner gets a rude whatsapp message regarding payment. Totally unacceptable customer service. They never submitted or emailed us an invoice but instead treat us like criminals. If money was all that mattered then you should have kept your brace. I'm sure there are other companies with better customer service that would appreciate the business. Whoever is behind the whatsapp messages should be ashamed. Very rude. "Hi Sharlene. Wolf waa requested by Dr Dasi to fit you with a corset at Ethekweni hospital. She assured us you were fully aware and had agreed that you had to pay at the time of fitting - however you failed to do so. I have spoke to I Dr Dasi’s rooms this morning to advise. We are not a bank and do not offer credit facilities. As such your statement regarding paying at the end of the month in not acceptable terms for this business. WH Uken Orthotics and Prosthetics"
