Not even worth the 1 star rating. Unfriendly staff that don't even acknowledge your existence until you politely demand service. Trying to get hold of a supervisor to assist in parcel collection is absolutely impossible, not to mention you cannot get inside without a ruckus from the people in the SASSA line. When looking for my parcels, i get told every time the system is offline. Been there 5 times since mid November and not happy. Never have i had a problem in the past, but this time around i unhappy.

Great service even phone us when a parcel arrived and sms us when arriving friendly and helpful staff friendly they really need a upgrade on all their equipment with old and slow systems they still manage They need to get paint its over 10 years and they still have same paint on their walls they clean their own work place although it’s not part of their job
