First time I had my puppy there everyone was so friendly and accommodating, I was truly impressed with their service and the friendly staff. Went for the second time today and had a completely different experience. The older receptionist was a bit rude upon my arrival and when I had to pay after the visit, she made me wait while speaking on the phone to another client (when I called to make an appointment the day before, I was put on hold so another customer could finish his payment - why not extend the same courtesy to me?). Thereafter, a vendor came in selling snacks and she once again made me wait while she went around the practice to collect money from her colleagues for the vendor. When I finally got to pay she was speaking over my shoulder to the gentleman behind me and did not even greet me on my way out. Very disgusted with the service I got today.

Adel was my vet for almost 10 years. The practice now belongs to a someone else. I have taken my doggies for their shots and am happy with the change. They have never charged me unfsirly and have always been open, honest and caring.
