Such a cool place. Decided to visit when we passed by. The owner has been collecting cars for over years and gloriously restores them. No clue how he got the plane there

Nice private owned place. Plenty rusty old cars and trucks outside, Working oldtimer inside the halls. Very nice owners and other than in normal museums you can get close to the cars, even sit in some and you can walk freely through the property. Recommended to see when you re in CPT/ worth a stopover on your way to Paarl.

A great place to bring your petrolhead children!

As long as you are a kid and don't know what the value of money is, go. My kids enjoyed it, I didn't. I enjoyed seeing them happy but I regretted paying so much and getting so little value for myself. For R100 pp and R50 for under 12's, I was expecting more. It looks like very little money is spent on taking care of the facility and developing it. I was really disappointed. I have seen better elsewhere and it was for free.

A rare opportunity to see a magnificent collection of old cars some immaculate others running and some scrap. The collection of rusted car bodies and car parts is interesting in its self. A really exciting place to visit. I was in awe of the many rare models of vechiles not seen on South African roads any more. A place not to be missed by car enthusiasts and mechanics old and young. The best part was being greeted by the owner Les Boshoff who is so enthusiastic and passionate about his cars and working museum. The Convair airplane is also excieting to see. The only place that you can board a plane that is not at a airport. Will definitely be back.

Ok, so this is not the shiny, dust free Franschoek car museum, so if this is what you expect, you will be disappointed. Me being a car lover, I thoroughly enjoyed wandering through the endless array of old vintage cars, from the better kept ones right through to the old rusted wrecks. I have seen a few cars of which I have only heard the names before, but never saw them myself, like a Studebaker. There is also a newer Lamborghini and Ferrari, and some Buicks and Porches, even a pink Cadillac, a few Borgward Isabellas and Anglias. The owner, Les Boshoff, is a really nice guy and took his time with us. What made the day even more special is that I was there with a friend who has flown the Convair which is parked right next to the N1 himself. We could climb the steps and sit in the same seat he sat in a few years ago. I would love to go show other friends this collection, it is much more than what you expect from the outside

I have seen some old cars at this place. If you on the free way (N1) you can see this spot. The old cars and plane draws your attention, you can't miss it. Old rusted machines takes you back into time. Relaxing just to go and look at these cars. Take a walk through the museum and time travel with the family.
