Disgusting, absolute shocking, borderline criminal behavior from Williams Hunt Fourways. Riley, the salesman sold me a 2016 Mercedes Vito Panelvan with major mechanical issues. The radiator had 3 out 4 broken brackets holding it in place. The fourth was held with a cable tie. Waterpipe fixed with a copper household copper pipe. Mercurius Motors in Tzaneen had informed Williams Hunt about these faults but they informed Mercurius not tell me. These faults are so severe that it could have caused not only serious damage to the vehicle but also have caused an accident, endangering my driver’s life, my own life and that of other road users. Best of all DEKRA had "certified" the vehicle roadworthy with these faults. Riley's response: "sorry for the inconvenience"

We received the most amazing service from Ilze du Plooy and Caphius when our Cadillac STS was towed in this week. Ilze went out of her way to keep us informed and way beyond the call of business to assist us. Your staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would like a special commendation made for Ilze. Brandon very kindly took us home and collected us the following morning to collect our car. What a refreshing change to have such kindness.
