On Wednesday 2021/01/27 I took my bakkie in for minor repairs and after I received it I noticed that my wife had her perfume stolen from the vehicle and when we went back we were told that its not their fault, how rude after my wife's new perfume was stolen by one of their members. Not happy at all.

They dont live up to there promises..and dont inform us whats going on just a simple center exaust silincer to be changed qoute me all in all R 6000 for Chevrolet Captiva 2009 im 3 days already without my transport...they promise ill get it friday ..they dont pick up the phone.

Took my vehicle in for 45000km service. They over tightened the brakes and it had to be towed back. Workshop manager was rude and lied to me. Not impressed. Showroom staff are all so friendly. I guess once you buy their vehicle they don't worry so much about appearances.

Just yesterday I took my chev spark for service. my flash drive went missing and after calling service dept today they claim they can do nothing at this point because they inform customers to take out their valuables. It comes down to customer service and honesty. Why do you render a service and still not being able to take responsibility what is happening on your premises.

Got there and asked for assistance with a service plan. They told me someone will be with me. I sat there for 30mins and everyone kept walking by me like I'm not even there. Really dissapointed. Expected better.

Bad, Worse, William's Hunt. Dropped calls, does not call clients back. Need a part for my current vehicle and was going to buy a new Bakkie soon from them as I like Isuzu. Withdraw from sponsoring the Iron man and rather sort out your in house issues with that money. Clearly from the reviews you should see that!! Keep up the bad customer service if your goal is to close down. P.S. Typed the review while waiting for the call to be answered.

Most unprofessional service. Employees have no clue on policy and procedure. They don't contact you when they say the will. The lies and deception. Not giving me the option to purchase what i wanted, rather saying it was sold when in actual fact, it wasn't, so that I'd have to spend more on a different car! Wasted 3 days of my time and I still have nothing to show for it. Great going guys. Seriously.
