Super DISAPPOINTED... SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, USE SOMEONEELSE :) After feeling sorry for them as machines broke and my 1 suit for a wedding in Cape Town did not arrive on time (absolute run around and mess up - extremely inconvenient). I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, not get angry and pay the full amount for my "Dry cleaning" which was done 9 days later!!! I wasnt going to write this review as I hate negativity but the fact that my suit came back and now has a pen mark on the jacket, and clearly shrunk I am really disappointed! Learn the following: 1)Under promise and Overdeliver (Never the other way!) 2) Learn to notify your clients if there is a problem with machines and so on. 3) Make sure your clients items have actually been *Dry Cleaned* AND DO NOT COME BACK DIRTIER! Thanks for NOTHING! PS. if you want this review removed, you are more than welcome to remove the new marks on my suit that were never there and refund me.

I will never come back here again to use self service machines ..they are expensive and the self service machines steal your money. .find somebody else to use..when i told the woman working here she tried yo make out like i had done something to the machines ..unacceptable and a rip off
