Well maintained homes and gardens, but no frail care facility. The Trustees are shying away from their responsibilities to make the elderly feel at home. They should not be in this business. Due to this there is a lack of trust and a negative atmosphere in this place.

My mother has been living there since phase two opened. When they changed to subdivision policy she was supposed to get a rebate on her rates, to date I have not had any help from the owners or Key management to get this sorted out. Useless service and absolutely no help from anyone in management and they don't care. Don't let your parents move there unless you want to spend months fighting for service only not to get it. Disgusting!!! I wouldn't give them a star if I didn't have to.

The safe for elderly people. It is clean and well cared. It gives its residents a peace of mind and that air of solitude.

The place is so clean and well maintained, I went for the coffee shop that is open on Wednesday and had a lovely time.
