I bought a brabantia leather bag and the zip broke. When I took it back on the 27th June for repairs they told me it'd take about 2-3 weeks and they'd contact me when it's ready. Now I'm sitting almost 2 months later, 19th August without my bag.. I call them every week to get feedback and they keep telling me the bag is still in for repairs. What an appalling service!!
