Great and friendly service. Moved in and have not had any problems since December 2020. Very happy to stay here. The Fibre, Surf4life, is great and if I'm having any problems, there is a number to phone with excellent and friendly service. Would definitely recommend Woodlands Place and Surf4life. Keep up the good work!

We have been incredibly blessed to have stayed here for 6 months. A vibrant, multicultural community of considerate, friendly people. The complex has all the elements of 21st century South Africa, without having to break your bank. We could walk inside the complex, go to the tuckshop, braai on various spots and enjoy outdoor gym! Our agent, Duncan Macaskill, was such a great help in securing our unit, reserving it for us during lockdown, and went the extra mile in “mediating” between us and our previous landlord. We were able to e-mail or WhatsApp him on any given moment and not worry about waiting for a reply. This place has blessed us!
The agents are very helpful when you applying to be a new tenant. BUT wait until you move out, they give excuses not to pay back your deposit. In the contract they say your deposit is payable to you within 14 days after handing over the key. Until today I have not received my deposit, they breached that clause in the contract. I know I couldn’t be the only one experiencing this since I only see 5 star ratings on reviews, until I bumped into another review with a similar issue. This really needs to be addressed.
Absolutely in love with this place! Stunning, spacious apartments in a lovely area! I felt home the moment I set foot on the property! The staff are amazing, always ready to greet or help you with a smile! The outdoor gym, and indoor pool just makes this an amazing place to spend your time without even having to drive somewhere! Excelent braai facilities to enjoy with family and friends! Don't miss out, would definitely recommend Woodlands Place if you want it all in one place If you want the full package deal, this is the place for you
The agent that helped us look for an apartment was very helpful. His name is Thabo we were looking for an affordable apartment and he found one for us with a first month rent free promotion. He did not stop there but continued to help us with the wifi as well. The complex is very secured and I feel safe because people use codes to get in and out.

The place is very nice and situated in a beautiful area. My agent, Thabo, was super friendly and helpful and made it possible for me to decide on taking an apartment at Woodlands Place within a couple of hours, all other agents are very helpful as they had to assist me in the absence of the one who initially helped me. Customer service is excellent!!!! I am looking forward to spending more months at this place.
