First impressions last, and my impression, not very good. Customer service was sub standard. In a economy challenged by Covid, the customer should still be treated like king, because I believe a customer who refers new customers is the best form of advertising. Unless I did or say something wrong.

Do not expect any sort of customer service here. They are not cheap either, you will pay premium prices for product that is widely available from many suppliers in PE and they will find a way to disappoint you. I paid for my order to be cut and delivered in 10days, while I was not happy it would take 10days for my order to arrive I was told that is the soonest I could have it. On the day my order was supposed to be delivered, no phone call came to advise of any delays or confirmation that I am home to receive. I had to call to follow up on my delivery, only to be told that while my order is ready, it can only be delivered the next day. I then opted to collect the order myself, only to find that half my order was in fact not ready and to my disappointment was also not prepared as I had specified. No offer made to rectify any of the issues nor any empathy showed for my time and money wasted. I definitely would not recommend Woody’s and would advise everyone to use any of the other businesses that come up in your search. Unfortunately I found this out too late.
