Although I love this little shop due to the variety and display (not the most cost effective), but recent experience have influenced my recommendations about this store. I made the unfortunate mistake to purchase 5 x Elle Vintage DK and once home realized that it should have been Elle Vintage Chunky. The yarn was in store bought condition, but my request to exchange it for Chunky in the exact some color and price was firmly denied. In fact the lady agreed that they would rather loose a customer than try to be accommodating.
