Have used the click and collect a few times. Always good service but a specific mention for Monde, he really came through for us when a parcel was missed when loading the car, spotting the error without us even asking and sorting it out for us quickly.

Excellent, i was having a gripe at my husband that there was no manager to talk to when a young lady asked if she could assist. She made the call and found what i was looking for - thank you ma'am saved me a whole lot of anguish drivimg around looking for duck!!

Following very poor COVID prevention protocols. They only open the two tellers opposite each other and the other tellers remain closed. That means everyone is standing and bumping each other when we must unpack the trolley or pay. No social distancing! I have experienced this numerous times
