I love this woolies. The staff is very friendly, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for on more than one occasion because of the assistance I received. The restaurant was another amazing shopping experience, and the cool thing you can pay with your Woolworths store card. The waitress are awesome and so chatty! Loved it.

This Woolworths clothing department is good standard. Ranges and sizes to choose from. The emergency exits is not marked well. I couldn't find the pay point (tills). For the first time being there i would have been in trouble if there was an emergency. It is not easy to buy a bargain there because you must add the R8 parking fee to your bill, and that is not even under cover parking. The shopping experience in the Woodlands is good.

Woolworths has a good name in the industry as far as their goods are concerned. The short-fall however, comes at the check-out points. The staff are friendly but the queues are often unacceptably long. I will go back once or twice to see if things improve. If not I will support other brand outlets who don't keep me waiting unnecessarily longer than it should have been. Floor management have to be just that: on the floor and keeping an eye on the queue length.
