Unfortunately there isn't a 0 star rating. Very poor and unprofessional service. I had a safety box made for my gate motor which I was advised would take 2-3 days, it took almost a month. Firstly they indicated they could make it to spec if I sent a picture of the motor which I did. Later they advised they needed to take measurements, I received a phone call saying they would be at my home in 15 minutes, no one pitched and not even a call to explain why. Eventually after many follow ups from my side the box was ready, upon installation it was obvious the box was incorrectly made , the installers did not greet, parked their bakkie half on the side walk and half in the road, when they left my gate motor wasn't working anymore. The installers wanted to open the motor itself even thought it is under guarantee with another company. I laid a complaint and the owner would not meet me on site so I could show and explain to him but opted to remove the box and refund me.
