The worst food and beverage experience ever .not in line with standards of franchise.beg for food lucky if you get food get called a liar indirectly and complain about you in front of staff and patients. Called operations manager and nothing happens in factt just worse .shocking revusal to prepare coffee. However other wards receive as per request.Attitute shocking.Poor treatment provided after complaint.wonder what the service level indicates.sad great nurses and doctor.horrible experience my apoligies for being sick and inconveniencing you food service provider Nurses made the effort.

To the Dr and Nurse on duty on new years day thank you so much for assisting my husband in such a professional and caring manner. and putting me at ease. I knew when I left him there he was in the best of hands taking care of him until the ambulance arrived to transport him to Cape Town, God bless you abundantly, Kind Regards Mrs Wyngaard

This past Saturday I visited the Casualty After Hours Section of this hospital after experiencing pain and dissiness. From Reception till the nurses and sisters at all times gave Excellent Service for which I was very grateful and thankful. For this a Big Thank You !!! Also thank you to Dr Wayne Bester who saw me there who was just as friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail and length which did put me at ease a lot. Keep up this Good Work and the Worcester and Surrounding Communities must be proud of the World Class hospital, which I with Honesty and without hesitance can say you really Do Care !!! Thank you very much

Visiting a medical facility after hours is always a harrowing experiencein itself, but when the patient complains about the treatment received from the medical staff on duty in the Emergency ward, then the whole experience becomes very traumatic. The Registered nurse who was on duty had a very patronising attitude towards my wife and the attitude of the treating doctor on duty didn't do much to ease the experience in any way. Medi-clinic Worcester should really do something to sensitize such people about what the helping professions is about. It is very easy to point to bad service at public health institutions, but then our high rates spent for "quality" private health-care doesn't buy us better service. Kindly train your staff in client-care service if they have forgotten why they signed up!
