It's okay. I had cupboards built by them, to install myself, I have had to go back to them a few times to correct. However, they are willing to assist and correct. It just takes resources on my side to keep going to collect panels, find they were done wrong and go back again, but they always fix whichever mistake there was.

Unreasonable, rigid and not helpful. They refused to give me a detailed quotation for the cutting List the carpenter Gave them.They said it was against company policy, they only give the total price, what company policy? Who payS for a list of things they have not even seen. I do not even know the price of the handles. I tried explaining that it is not practical for me to physically go to the shop because i am in CAPe Town that is why i sent someone together with the Carpenter to the shop, they did not care-less.
