The receptionist is so unhelpful. After being re-directed back to her for the 3rd time, wanting to speak to Rebecca, I asked her "Is Rebecca even in the office?", she kept quiet and transferred my call through again, and once again, no answer from Rebecca's phone. Eventually the call just dropped. When I phoned in again, instead of wanting to take a message she says "Phone back after 10 minutes".
