Matthew is a really great trainer. He is so patient and pushes you to do your best. I feel so encouraged when I attend training and can really get a good workout in. The people in the class are also really great and it's super comfortable

Been training here for about a month now. Extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere, top tier coach who explains and demonstrates everything perfectly. A welcoming place for the experienced fighters or people looking to try something new or for those who want to stay fit. Overly recommended, a great and enjoyable workout everytime!
