My favorite Yankee Candle Reed diffuser scent was discontinued. Devastated, I asked Chanel to let me know if she ever got any more. True as her word, 3 months later I got a call from her saying that she was able to procure another 3 bottles for me! She never forgot my request. This is extraordinary service! And my package arrived the very next day, to boot! Thank you Yankee Candle team and Chanel.
