Lol behold- the result of my Brazilian, I had it done last week, the first time I washed it, it started to frizz, It is now exactly how it was before. I used good quality sulphate free products From Hask and Prosana and was told this... Im sorry we cant be held liable as this is not a salon product. i was told before by our technicians/reps that shop products is not the same quality as salon products the amounts of ingredients differ if you had to tell us on that day i could have warned. as i have experienced it before. I can't help but laugh at that response, They clearly use inferior products or technique, either way, needless to say... I'm super unhappy

I had a Brazilian Cacau treatment done on the 9th March. I washed my hair today with a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner and I am so disappointed with how it looks after drying it. I see absolutely no difference in my hair. It is the exact same as before I had the treatment done. I have had this treatment done before at other places so I know how my hair should look after this treatment. I do not know if you just did not use enough product or if the product is just of a poor quality. I have wasted my money and am so so upset! I could have used this money to have a proper Brazilian done somewhere else. Please do not save my number. I will never come back to YLD salon. I feel as if I have been scammed! I have still not received any solution to this issue. Your feedback from your other client that you sent me just makes me certain that your other client does not know the proper effect that this treatment should have. My first impression when I had the Brazilian Cacau Treatment done before was that it was amazing! not 'fine' as your client has said. I would advise people to never have a Brazilian Cacau treatment done at ypur salon. My hair is curly and still frizzes. What exact effect is this treatment suppose to have from your understanding? Because I think you dont know what you are doing.
