What an unexpected surprise to discover an outlet store, which also serves as their dispatch and warehouse is so well organised and well presented. The store is showroom material, with ample staff on the floor, whom are very friendly, professional and helpful! There were a few items I wanted to see that wasn't on display, the staff member simply scanned the item codes from their website, confirmed stock availability and only took a little while before they brought it out for me. I'll definitely be returning soon, to do some end-of-year gift shopping! Thanks for your great service Yuppiechef!

Its not a traditional shop as it's a bit hidden away and little hard to get to, but once you know where it is and how to get there, it's much nicer than dealing with a shopping center store. Also because they have a warehouse in the back their stock tends to be a little bit larger. They might just have to go and get it for you.
