Absolute horrendous You will die there if you have an emergency. I got released the doctor telling me only soft tissue damage... I had 3 fractured Ribs punctured lung and a fractured wrist. Because the doctor released me we could not do an internal transfer via ambulance to Pretoria were I live. I had to drive back to Pretoria admitted myself to casualties @ midstream Mediclinic
