Recently, my 72 year old mother received poor quality service from a pair of absolutely insensitive and clearly incompetent employees at the money market counter of this store. They claimed that her SA ID was faulty when she tried to collect the cash I had deposited for her. They told her to go away to Home Affairs to get a new ID but when she went to another shoprite store with the same ID, she was able to get the cash without any nonsense. I'm so irritated with shoprite Zeerust!!!
