I am giving one star as a son who's mother is there as patient. Their visiting times are insanely draconian compared to nearby alternatives like Little Company of Mary's. They only allow patients two visits per week for just 15 minutes each. Your visitor will also have to take leave since its only on Mondays or Thursdays between 13:00 and 15:00. If you are seriously ill you will die alone. Reconsider this please and I will change my rating, since this is an otherwise good hospital.

I go to the Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital for my annual check up at my cardiologist. Everything is dealt with in a very professional manner. Both the reception at my doctor as well as at the the firm that draws blood for tests (pathologists) work very well and professionally. Very good hospital

The best care ever! I had openheart surgery in July 2006, again April 2009, 2017. Dr Freek Steyn, Dr Corrie van Wyk were my attending drs. Now I only go for annual checkups at Dr F v Niekerk. Plesae do not hesitate to go, you will not get better care in Pretoria!
