A fair collection. I frequently seek out and browse through second hand book stores. Based on my experience, I find Books Galore a tad overpriced for second hand books when it comes to certain titles. But I found a rare title in good condition at a fair price, which was great!
We took over 30 books in good condition, they only kept 3, plus the person looking at the books was extremely rude by saying "he was tired of looking at books and didn't want to take anymore books. With that attitude I'm surprised the shop is still open.

A book I sold to Books Galore for R20 is now selling at their store for a R100 - that is a 500% mark up! Rather try selling & buying your second hand books on sites like Gumtree.
