Even thou they were helpful and friendly while I selected my goods ,howerever things ddnt go to smooth at the paypoint. My card was swiped ,payment went through on my account but error on theirs,I left the store without my goods or a reversal of payment on my account, I was promised they will sort it out and get back to me that was Friday 30th Oct . Today Tuesday 3rd November I called the store and was told they will email H/O and get back to me .Its end of day!!! Very unhappy client
carefull thy put prices out and when u buy thy charge more than advertise when u ask about it thy blame the system ask for a manager thy say he or she is not there you ask for who is person in charge in managers absent's thy say he is just a general worker who won't be able to assist with our request we just wanted to pay the price we see thy just lost a client
Friendly service and staff
I was waiting for 10 minutes without any assistance and the sales person doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. Their customer service is very poor
