HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! salespeople treats customers like animals. Went to buy a wheel bearing for my car they gave me the wrong one, had to buy the proper one and they refused to refund me for the incorrect one after all the salespeople ganged up on me and shouting at me like I'm an animal. They are stealing peoples money. I strongly advise people to go to a different spares shop.

management is poor, the customer service is non existent, I was accused of being called a liar after returning a part which they provided and which was the incorrect part. The owners are terrible, I hope this review helps anyone else looking for spares to please consider using a different supplier.

We bought a clutch cable for our 3 weeks ago....it broke and Victoria Spares say it is not their problem....the cable is specified as having a 2 year warranty and as such they should refund us and then they must send it back.
