I have given this business 1 star only because I had to in order to post a review. As far as I am concerned they deserve less than -10 stars. Their service is less than shocking and in my humble opinion is nothing but disgusting. The total lack of respect is mind boggling. I have had to wait 1 yrs.....yes 1 year!......for a quote with my car stripped in pieces in their yard without so much as a phone call. Every time i call the business I am told that that I need to speak to Dallas Ehrke but he is never available. I leave messages but to no avail. On the rare occasion that he is available I hear him say "take a message" in the background but he never returns my call. Finally after 1 yr of this rubbish I had had enough and called the office to tell them that I was sending a tow truck to collect the vehicle only to be told that I must bring a flatbed as the wheels had been stolen! Ehrke told us that he would replace them..........now a further 18 months on the car is still in his yard, we still dont have a quote nor any wheels and he is still not taking calls. The best part is that we are not the only ones....a local garden service nearly went bust when their Toyota bakkie was stranded there for 6 months. They then had to tow it away to a proper mechanic. Another couple had to buy another car while their SUV stood there for a year...eventually they had it towed away to PE to be fixed. Dont believe me? Go read the story of the teacher and single parent whose car was in their yard for a year (after paying a deposit too!) under the same conditions as mine on Daily Despatch Live, her name is Thobeka Mhlanga. Ehrke can come up with all the excuses in the wold but this seems to be a bit of a habit....a bad habit. Would I recommend this business?......I wouldnt even take my wheelbarrow near them.
