I called them regarding sevice on an Elna machine. The told me that they can service any make of machine and that they charge R420 for the said service. Took the machine there, that was when it all started. Wow sir, that is an old machine, cant we maybe do a trade in deal. When I declined the offer, they said that they might not be able to service the machine because of the age. They can open it up and give me a quote, at R300 for the quote. Then it is still not guarenteed that they can fix it. At that stage, contrary to what I was told over the phone, they said their technicians is only trained on Bernina machines. BEWARE DO NOT LET THEM LURE YOU TO THEIR SHOP UNDER FALSE PRETENCES.
