Absolute worst service I have ever encountered at a bookstore. Be prepared to wait an hour to find out that they will take a month to get some of your books. When I got a quote from one gentleman - who was definitely under the influence of some substance - misspelled my entire quote and couldn't follow my basic instructions. Their lack of care is disappointing. The line is always out the door, and I just arrived when they opened. You will not see my face again. A complete waste of time.

I made a quick stop by Van Schaik and I was impressed with the service. The guys there were very helpful and so eager to understand what exactly it is I wanted. Upon discovery that some of the things I wanted were no longer in stock in the province, the guy calmly said don't worry there is still 14 in some store outside the province and I will secure it for you (with a smile).
