We recently purchased sanitary supplies of the value of R40 000 of which one of the items was a Livingstone Bath. During the tome of purchase the sales representative said they will ask the Manager to include a soap holder to the value of R1000. We were also interested to buy another bath from Tile Africa (where we did receive extensive discount (10%) on other sanitary items), in the event when we wanted to cancel our purchase, the soap holder was again dangled like a carrot.. Needles to say upon delivery no soap holder was included. When querying this they said: "they can not give anything away for free but organise discount" Since 2days ago, the spesific soap holder has now increased to be R1200, and the can sell it to us for R1000!?? This is not what we expect to be good business, rather disappointing.

I experience the service to be reluctant but good. The downstairs warehouse is very helpful and technically well trained. The sanitaryware sales team were a little eratic in their service level.
