I have to give a fair review of this shop. We bought LOTS of tiles here. Positive: really friendly salespeople, who follow up helpfully, try to find what we need, and provide friendly personal attention. We are happy with the tiles bought here, and when we needed to return a few, it was seamless. The problem is that we took some of the advice too much to heart. We asked for references for tilers. This was our mistake, not just once, but twice. We did get skilled tilers, but they were not honest, and took advantage of our trust. Gave them all the money they asked for and still did not return to complete the job. They also employed unskilled helpers, and so much of our tile or grout had to be redone-- wasting tiles, time, and money, and damaged our personal property. After the first one got paid and didn't come back to finish, we asked for another name-- thinking the next one would be different. No! Not honest people. So do buy your tiles here, you'll take them home right away without having to spend another hour at the "warehouse." But DON'T ask for the name of a tiler. They recommended the same people too much, that they can ghost you after you pay, and it means nothing to them. Kale's should stick to selling and not recommend people to install.

Very helpful and courteous, just a pity they sell standard 600x300mm tiles that are 603x303mm without telling you! Lots of cutting for the poor tiler and a disappointing result.
