Whoever deals with home affairs knows how many things can go wrong. Despite following the process correctly, I became illegal. My newborn child and I were forced to leave the country without Daddy. Craig Smith & Associates guided us through this rough time. The 5 years ban got lifted in 7 weeks. Back in SA they made it possible that I was able to apply for my spousal visa from here, so we did not have to separate from Daddy again.
