Stick to instore sales and stay away from selling online! @VanSchaikBookstore I ordered a book online on the 9th of September and today the 23rd my order was still not processed. Missed a deadline. I will not use Van Schaik's again. #disappointed

If they do not have a book with the ISBN that I ask for, they send any textbook for that subject and then never get back to me regarding credit or refunds for the incorrect books. Very lazy.

I phoned Van Schaik bookstore at 9 am on 2016.08.07 to order Dugards Internatiinal law 4th edition to collect at 12.30 pm. When i got home i discovered blank pages in the textbook and phoned the store. The male sales agent was very rude and nonchalant telling me it's the publisher's fault and not the store's. I told him that does not solve my problem as i have an assignment due and how will my petrol be reimbursed tomorrow and the inconvenience. He said im ridiculoys and slammed tge phone down. Who is actually ridiculous here?
