They are rude and unprofessional. Don't have any phone ethics at all. They slam the phone down in your year while you asking for information. If you don't want to give information out you don't need to be rude. Just do it on a professional manner.

Have never dealt with rude and unprofessional company, in such way they do not need to be listed in this platform as they are not serious about the business. Justine just slams you with phone without understanding the purposed for a call or ask you to hold they are transferring your call all you will hear is background voices
