In the beginning he was very helpful and looked to me as though he was really going out of his way to help me and found the correct foot pedal for my machine. I then paid for the item and courier fees and since then I have heard the couriers were delivering which never happened then he said he would bring it as he had to go to Empangeni and would be there at 3pm so I could meet him to collect then he switched off his phone and that is the last I have heard. I paid R700 for nothing and I hope he feels happy conning a 72 year old granny.i am most dissatisfied and dissapponted

Very helpful. Area a bit dicey store very full of spares but as far as the service and helpfulness goes they cannot be faulted. Machine was ready as promised.
