Staff really try hard to meet the clients needs. Just at times not enough sales people around to help. I also found that the store has minimum stock levels. Went to try an purchase a small inverter generator. Items appear at other stores in Port Elizabeth but not locally. Its a bit of a pain as they tell you to buy it online. However that being said, the Garden centre is well stocked and offers a great variety with skilled staff to give advice

I was looking for a few items that I could not find. It was later in the afternoon and there was not a staff member insight to help. It was as if they were over the day already and could just not be bothered. I eventually just paid for a few things I could find and went to Buco where the service was brilliant.

This afternoon,just before you close I was assisted by Shahida Davis,who was so profesional and patient with,had two bank cards(from.my wife) with insufficient funds. She was so cool and undestanding and even checked the balances on both cards,waited for me to do transfer and with a huge smile and understanding. Dankie Ms Davis
