Logged my service email on Friday 2nd October and the technician arrived on Monday 5th. Tap mixer serviced and all necessary parts replaced within one hour. Thank you Hans Grohe.
Two calls to this showroom, both answered robotically with the usual blurb "Your call is important to us" , hopeful sounds of call transfer and then the clanger "This number does not exist" Really !
I sent an mail to the service e-mail address on 24/7/2019, I received an mail back to ask for my contact number and address on the 29/7/2019. I replied with this info immediately. Today is the 9 August 2019 and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me and sort out my problem. I will rather buy cheaper, local products with better after sales service in future. #badservice
I want to compliment two of your excellent employees, Lyle and Marli. They both went to great lengths to assist me on Friday, 18 January 2019. I always dread contacting service centres and logging a callout for the mere fact of being disappointed with poor inefficient service. However, Marli, without hesitation agreed to assist me and responded fast and efficiently to send out an agent to my home. Turnaround was as fast as The Flash. For the first time in a very long time I received impeccable service. Lyle is a prime example of this. He was well-trained technically and had exceptional knowledge of the field. He has a friendly, professional and enthusiastic approach and was eager to try his best. A huge thank you! Such service builds great customer experience. I would definitely recommend Hansgrohe products to anyone and would not hesitate to purchase your brand in future.
