So today is a public holiday (26 Dec), I called this morning to enquire if they're open. The number provided is for a call centre, after waiting approximately 5 minutes for an agent to answer my call I hung up. By chance I passed by during this afternoon and found them open, went in looking for something, spent about 10 minutes deliberating over whats the best door handle to purchase and subsequently wasn't once approached by anyone working for Builders, needless to say, i proceeded to the checkout where I was greeted by a pleasant cashier who was efficient.
