I purchased a Pallet jack from Tracy .When the pallet jack arrived it came with a Operator, Service & Parts manual in a handy see through ziplock. It showed up in great condition and also was wrapped and protected in cardboard. I could hardly wait for that first truck to arrive so I could off load it. Also about a week later Natasha sent a representative in my area and physically came to my warehouse to see how I liked my new purchase and if I had any questions or concerns, which of course I did and he answered every question I had. My biggest worry was once the wheels wear down, which will happen on heavy the weights are and the conditions on the trailers, where would I be able to order the parts. He quickly made sure that I had the number of the parts rep in my area and said they I could notify him at anytime and he would take care of me. I really have to say I am super impressed with Palletised as far and the quality and the customer service I have received from Tracy and her team. This was a purchase that I wish I had made many moons ago.

Terrible service received from tracey on 04/03/2020 I've been in business for 25 years and this is not how a professional company operates! My guys were there at first for collection then there was a initial problem with invoice! They went back for for parts needed 16:45 which leaves them with 15min to do a small order... I received a call from tracey saying it's not worth it spending money on repairs just buy new ones,my pallet jacks only needed new Nylon wheels with bearings They're prompt by selling new equipment which i rejected then all of a sudden they can't help because it's closing time!! This is not customer service!! I won't even recommend them to my worst enemy!
