They sold me a 2014 fortuner that was not up to standard, i feel there sales man was not honest with me he just wanted the sale to go through, after a few months lots of problems started to surface on the car, that fortuner are starting to fall apart and i am deeply disappointed with oranje toyota klerksdorp. I dont know much about cars i just wanted a nice car that i can dim in and drive and thats why i trusted toyota, but now i dont want anvthinq to do with toyota ever aqain.

I bought a used Volkswagen Jetta from Toyota in December 2019, after driving it for a while it started showing intermittent problems. I informed Toyota Kleksdorp and it was collected. They took the trouble of sending it to Volkswagen Kleksdorp who said it showed no error messages, so they replaced the master air flow sensor. It was returned but before long the problem presented again. I feared that this was going to be a battle to get it fixed as the problem was not constantly presenting. Toyota Kleksdorp again collected the vehicle and held it for 2 weeks. During this time communication was not the greatest but ultimately after calling them I was informed that the vehicle has been sent to numerous places and has finally arrived at a specialist that said it is the diesel injectors. They replaced the injectors and the problem was solved. A car is a mechanical machine and as such it may give problems even if it is brand new. So the best you can go for is someone who is willing to help even if the 3rd mechanic can't find the fault. No I get 22 km/liter and I could not be happier. All is well that ends well Thank you!
