Hi all. I want to rate them zero but no option available. Was promised a delivery today, actually had to make sure that they could before I paid, according to the very helpful sales lady, then was told by the delivery guy that they definitely would after 16h00, gave them a call at 17h00 to ask where they were, was told that they on their way! It's now 20h54 and still no delivery. Seriously poor service . On top of that, I still had to pay the guys who were waiting to fit my garage door. Unbelievable!

If Freddy Kruger had a home this would be it, it is an organisational nightmare. They took nearly 3 weeks to deliver even then the delibery came in bits and eventually they lost my invoice
